Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as major credit/debit cards and digital wallets like GCash and PayMaya during checkout.
Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been processed for shipping yet. Go to your "My Orders" page to see if your order is still eligible for cancellation.
On the Cart page, you can see available coupons or enter a specific code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply". The discount will be automatically deducted from your total.
Coupons may fail if they are expired, if your order doesn't meet the minimum purchase requirement, or if the coupon has reached its maximum usage limit.
